Track Your Order
Once your Glenmore order ships, you can follow it every step of the way. Here is how to find your tracking information and what each stage means, plus realistic timelines and what to do if things look stuck.
How to Find Your Tracking Information
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. This email goes to the address used at checkout, so check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it within the expected processing window.
If you created an account when you ordered, you can also log in and view your order history for the same tracking details. No account needed to check the email version, either way works.
Order Stages Explained
- Processing: Your order has been received and payment confirmed. We are picking and packing your tackle.
- Dispatched: Your package has left our facility and been handed off to the carrier. A tracking number is now active.
- In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier's network, often through multiple sorting hubs.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the local delivery vehicle and should arrive that day.
Realistic Timelines
For domestic US orders, processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days, and standard shipping typically runs 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Most customers see their package within a week of ordering.
For international orders, processing time is the same, but transit can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days depending on destination country, customs processing, and local delivery networks. Rural or remote addresses outside major cities often run toward the longer end of that range. Customs holds are common and usually resolve on their own within a few days, so a pause in tracking during that stage is normal and not a sign of a problem.
What to Do If Tracking Has Not Updated
Tracking systems do not always update in real time, especially once a package crosses into another carrier's network or clears customs. It is normal to see a gap of 2 to 4 business days with no movement, particularly right after dispatch or during international handoffs.
Before reaching out, check the following:
- Confirm you are looking at the correct tracking number from your most recent dispatch email.
- Wait at least 3 business days past the last update before assuming something is wrong.
- Check that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
If it has been longer than the timelines above with no movement at all, we want to know about it.
