Shipping and Returns

Unlike most websites, we want to be fully transparent regarding shipping, please read carefully:

• We offer free shipping on all orders.
• We ship our orders in about 5-7 business days. This doesn't mean you will receive your product after 5-7 business days, it means the order will go out in 5-7 business days.
• You will receive your order in 7-15 business days.

This shipping timeline is the only way we are able to offer you free shipping on all orders – along with incredible product prices.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return the item along with the packing slip within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
